Connections, Challenges, Extends Part 2(New Version)

i choose this title for this activity because today in class we had to find our connections, challenges and the extends from the movie. then we were partnered up with someone to discuss what we had and why we choose our connections, challenges and extends.
my favorite extends (question) was "if a middle east person met up with our humans in the middle east would they be just like any other middle east people, or would they be like early humans" this is my favorite question because it could start a whole discussion about what could happen in that situation.
But some people like my partner had me really thinking about the connection. her connection was "I new that some people had already domesticated animals" i thought this one was really cool because i had never really thought of that connection. so we ended up sharing that connection in the class discussion. then after some other people agreed that they did not think of that one as well. they also had other connection that i had also never thought of.
also in the class discussion someone brought up the challenge "in the Middle East they spread trade along latitude because the sun shines on the same latitude. but Papa New Guinea could not trade on latitude or on longitude because its a island." i think that was cool because that is why the MIddle East thrived and Papa New Guinea could not because they could not trade.
anyway i think this was a cool discussion in class because near the end of class we started the discussion with the whole class.

Alistair, thanks for taking the time to post. You seem engaged in the learning, well done!

I just have one question. Would you clarify your thought,

"if they meet up with our humans in the middle east would they be just like them or early humans"

I'm not sure who you mean, and what the scenario is. Once you determine this, perhaps you should explore it yourself with the knowledge and thinking that you have.
